“This league-winning season is so special and priceless because it’s every player’s dream to win the league and for our team, it’s a huge success as it’s our first super League title”.

Coming into the 2021/22 season as favourites , Sosh Movers FC was put under pressure for most of the season by second-place finishers Happy Swallows FC. The block TT-based side sealed the league title with 73 points one point ahead of their rivalries.

Shithlelane praised his teammates for the character shown throughout the season. “ We dealt with the pressure positively because we trusted our abilities and never lost focus”. With a team full of youngsters, Shithlelane experience was crucial in guiding the team to success. He marked the experience as an honour to him.

“ It’s a huge honour to lead the youngsters because they are very eager and willing to learn. They have proved to have guts and character with their fighting spirit”.

Shithlelane thanked the community of block TT for the support and promise them that they will win the playoffs.

He further revealed that the support from management and supporters motivated them to produce results week in and out. Sosh Movers FC proved their superiority by finishing the league with the best defensive record and only one loss.

Asked about the toughest game of the season Shithlelane said, “ I think Nkadimeng FC gave us a tough game, they were a hard nut to crack”.

Shithlelane thanked the community of block TT for the support and promise them that they will win the playoffs.

The team shifts its focus to the upcoming Super League playoffs set to take place later this month. The winner of the playoffs will gain promotion into the SAB league next season.
