TUT held a very successful community outreach program in Hammanskraal at Hans Kekana Secondary School, the former School of Pride Nthite who is a student at TUT Ga-Rankuwa Campus, a TUT High-performance Ladies Football player, and the current Banyana Banyana player. Mr. Ernest Fakude who is a Sports Officer at TUT donated soccer balls and soccer boots to the School.
The event was graced by the presence of Former Kaizer Chiefs player Junior Khanye and South Africa National Woman under 20 Coach Simphiwe who were both motivational speakers of the day to the School children.

The focus was on using the power of sport to help children and youth on their pathway to success. TUT is committed to the holistic development of each participant, focusing on their education and personal development. The program improves education outcomes, raises awareness, promotes sport at schools equality, and builds life skills.

In many communities, one of the challenges of starting and maintaining a sport and development programme is getting the necessary resources, in particular sports equipment. Fortunately, TUT has met this need by donating equipment.
